The Realize AI Preview is an early test version. Things may change or break while we learn.

We don't connect to your organization

The Preview has no access to your Microsoft 365 tenant or any of your systems. It only knows what you tell it in the interview.

It knows less than the product will

Because it can't see your tenant, the Preview works from less discovery information than the full product. What you see shows what the product is designed to do, not everything it will do.

Microsoft 365 first, any workflow welcome

The first release focuses on Microsoft 365 productivity work. You can bring any workflow, and we'll do our best with it.

What we're testing

We're testing the discovery interview and the redesign guidance it produces.

The projection at the end

The last section of your output is a projection of what the redesigned workflow could look like. It's an estimate, not a promise.

Who reads your session

Dean and an AI reviewer read sessions to check the quality of the interview and the output.

How your session helps

What we learn from your session helps shape the product. We may use de-identified findings from it to improve the method.

What we keep, and for how long

We keep your interview, your output and your feedback. We delete them 90 days after your last activity.

Nothing you say is shown to anyone else

Nothing one tester says is ever shown to another tester.

Asking for deletion

You can ask for your data to be deleted at any time: ask in the chat or email Dean at info@realizeai.co. De-identified findings, which can't be linked back to you, survive deletion.

Keep confidential things out

Please don't share anything your employer treats as confidential.
